This isn’t just an event to tour homes (although they are amazing to look at), it is an opportunity to interact with the top builders in the Wichita area, ask questions, and get inspired about your possible future home.

There’s not one not two, but THREE weekends for you to stop by!

CIVIL

No New Shrubs

If you’re new to Wichita, or maybe just need a reminder, we are in stage 2 of drought restrictions where we can only water 1 time per week as residents.

The guidance from the City of Wichita to residents is to not purchase new shrubs or trees because of how much water they require.

Cheney Lake (our main water source) is still two feet lower than 1 year ago and is currently 58% full.

We would be in Stage 3 if we get below 50% full (or empty if you’re a negative nancy).

Golf Tourney

Tex Consolver Golf Course hosts a golf tournament called the Tex Turmoil Tournament on Apirl 5th.

It was so popular and sold out so quickly, they have expanded it to April 6th!

Shocker Fly Lab

$1 million isn’t anything to sneeze at.

Lynn and Sherry Nichols just gave a gift of that amount to WSU to kick off a fundraising campaign for Shocker Fly Lab.

Wichita Gridiron

Wichita Gridiron (49 year running) is Wichita’s version of SNL where local journalists come together to poke fun at local events in musical form.

I can only imagine how big the big 5-0 will be.
