It is a big weekend for Wichita!

The Exploration Place Adventure Playscape officially opens to the public today.

Tomorrow is a full day of St. Paddy’s Day fun. Head down to Delano for the parade to get a full dose and then make your way to any of the bars or other parties throughout the day.

Don’t forget to get your run on with F88 Run Club tomorrow am too!

Together with Wichita Riverfest

Riverfest Sign-Ups are now open! Riverfest is only 79 days away which will be here before we know it.

This year the party takes place from May 29 through June 6, but you can sign up for many of the events today!

Where is Harrison?

Harrison Ford loves to visit Wichita and Wichita loves when he visits.

Long story short, he has likely moved his recertification and plane maintenance elsewhere after FlightSafety International moved the Cessna Citation Sovereign simulator out of Wichita. Orlando may be his new home away from home.

Wichita has lost a couple local legends recently.

Ron Ryan, known as an entrepreneur in the Wichita aviation space, passed away on February 27th.

Wichita musician Jenny Wood passed away in the last week. I did not know Jenny, but only ever heard great things about her.
