First Street bridge over the Ar-Kanas is officially closed for a year long project.

If you frequent this route, you may want to find your new favorite detour for 2026.

If you’re annoyed, just imagine how annoyed you’d be if the bridge wasn’t repaired and crumbled underneath your car as you went over it.

Wichita Transit is looking for some feedback.

How do you want bus routes named? They are currently labeled by number or color. Would you prefer to be named by location like WSU, WSU Tech, Bradley Fair, etc?
