Nomar Theatre
A good food hall is something Wichita should get behind.
Big cities like KC or Denver often have them and they’re great.
Plentibloom at the Ruffin building tried, but closed in December (Noble House Hawaiian is still there)!
NICHE Food Hall - Currently has The Coffee Spot + Envision Bistro
Provecho Food Hall at Nomar Theater - Can’t wait for this one!

2027 Grant Opportunities
The City of Wichita has grant opportunities available for the Cultural Funding Program that are open through Friday 7/31.
Outdoor Watering Schedule
The City Council enacted a new ordinance that restricts outdoor lawn watering to every other day.
If your address ends in an odd number (1,3,5,7,9), you can water on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
If your address ends in an even number (0,2,4,6,8), you can water on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
No outdoor watering on Mondays.

This weekend is the Lao New Year Celebration at the Lao Buddhist Associates of Kansas!
Derby Park
Derby continues to expand and get better.
Coming soon to High Park is a new playground, splash pad and pickleball courts.
3rd Thursday
Speaking of Derby, they host an event called Third Thursday with live music, food, and fun.
Prime Fit Youth
Wichita needs even more summer learn opportunities for kids like Prime Fit Youth. It is a time many kids regress and lose some of what they learned.

The World Cup is almost here and there is a FREE EVENT at Naftzger Park on June 11th & 12th you don’t want to miss hosted by our friends from Empower.
