Kansas Fallen Firefighters Memorial Park

The City of Wichita is working to transform Lincoln Park, located near Lincoln and South Topeka by the Kansas Firefighters Museum, into the Kansas Fallen Firefighters Memorial Park.
The project aims to honor and recognize the service and sacrifice of Kansas firefighters while revitalizing the space with new features.
Proposed enhancements include:
More opportunities to honor and recognize fallen firefighters
Fire-themed playground equipment
Elements to educate about firefighting
Fire-themed splash pad
Greater security and more

This Wednesday, Something Rotten! kicks off for Music Theatre Wichita at Century II.
It puts a new spin on Shakespeare! Eric Sciotto (who played Shakespeare on Broadway from 2015-2017) will be back in Wichita!
